We worked with Mike who was incredibly helpful and patient in explaining the situation with our crawlspace! My parents aren’t native English speakers so I was on the phone with Mike while he was with my parents at home and walked me though the plan and the paperwork. Wonderful service!

Terminix has been very effective at making sure there’s no bugs in our home. We love that we get the same exterminator every time! Jacob, the technician that services our area, is so kind and thorough with extermination. He is always so sweet and even remembers my kids name each time he comes!
Professional team who was respectful of our time. They arrived promptly, clearly inspected areas of concern, offered suggestions and alternatives of different levels of service. Upon signing up for service they arrived for appointments as scheduled, were friendly and professional, and everyone was wearing a mask for the duration of the inspection and service appointment.
