Quarterly Pest Control Services:

Our # 1 preventative pest control service includes:

  • Additional visits between scheduled quarterly visits at no additional charge.
  • Treatment around exterior of your home, where 90% of your pests originate.
  • No waiting around for service calls—you don’t have to be home for us to do our job.
  • Spider webs are removed from the exterior windows, doors & eaves of your home.
  • No additional charge for interior treatments!
  • We will point out potentially conducive conditions for insects around your home.

The following insects are covered under this service:

American Roaches, Crickets, Ants (except Carpenter), House Mice, Brown banded Roaches, Ground Beetles, Norway Rats, Silverfish, German Roaches, Centipedes, Roof Rats, Spiders, Earwigs, Firebrats, Oriental Roaches, Smokey Brown Roaches, Ticks, Stored Product Pests, Mites, Fleas, Fabric Pests, Occasional Invaders.

BI-Monthly Pest Control Services:

Includes everything in our Quarterly Pest Plan plus:

  • Spot Treatment of pest activity in the yard, including along sidewalks and driveways.
  • Six scheduled services throughout the year.

The following insects are covered under this service:

American Roaches, Crickets, Ants (except Carpenter), House Mice, Brown banded Roaches, Ground Beetles, Norway Rats, Silverfish, German Roaches, Centipedes, Roof Rats, Spiders, Earwigs, Firebrats, Oriental Roaches, Smokey Brown Roaches, Ticks, Stored Product Pests, Mites, Fleas, Fabric Pests, Occasional Invaders.

Monthly Pest Control Services:

Includes everything in our Bi-Monthly Pest Plan plus:

  • Yard treatment: this consists of a liquid or granular application to control pests including: fleas, ticks, ants, springtails, sowbugs/pillbugs boxelder bugs, lady bugs and clover mites.
  • Mosquito service: covers landscape plants, turf ground cover, under decks and other mosquito hiding places.
  • Rats in the attic: baiting and monitoring of rodent activity.
